Elliot Depies

Elliot joined the Estate Law Partners, LLC team June 2026. He has focused on Estate Planning and Estate Administration since starting his legal education. During law school he interned at two boutique estate planning law firms and upon graduation earned a concentration in Estate Planning with Honors. He enjoys how it is a “practical” area of law impacting homes, bank accounts, health care, and what to do after a loved one passes.

As an attorney, he prides himself on his active listening skills and hard work. He believes that it’s these traits that help in planning for the unknown or dealing with the unexpected.

Elliot grew up in Cedar Grove, Wisconsin, a small town on the shores of Lake Michigan, and he returns there every July to run in the Holland Fest race and eat oliebollen.

Elliot was honored to be named Time’s Person of the Year for 2006.
